Yes! We can schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation You’ll be able to ask any questions you may have about the therapy process, and we can learn about your situation to determine which of our team members is right for you.
How can I request a new appointment?

Existing clients can contact their provider to make or change an appointment, or you can access the client portal here.
How much does therapy cost?
The standard rate is $125 per session, limited sliding scale spaces may be available. We are committed to promoting inclusivity, diversity, and equality in mental health care. Our sliding scale therapy sessions are an essential part of that commitment.
Do you accept insurance?
Our practice does not directly accept insurance, but we have options to assist you with getting reimbursed for sessions via your out-of-network benefits. Learn more
What can I expect to get out of therapy?
Depending on why you are looking to start therapy, what you can expect to get out of the experience varies. Generally, our clients seek clarity around a certain issue, want to break the cycle of bad habits or need guidance about a current life situation. Whatever is going on for you, therapy can make it easier to manage by providing clarity, relief, confidence, or whatever you are searching for at this time.

How long does it take to feel better?
This varies from person to person. Some people feel a sense of relief after the first session, while for others it may take multiple sessions to start feeling a shift.
How can I know if we are good match?
This is a great question… it’s essential to feel comfortable and safe with your therapist. The best way to know if our practice is a good match is by doing a free consultation. Tiffany likes to use this analogy, “Therapists are like shoes, we all serve a purpose, but we are not a good fit for every foot and every occasion–and that’s ok!” Sometimes it can take a session or two to figure it out.
